SHIPPING POLICY

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $9.50 for orders under $150, orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.
We send our parcels with Australia Post & we endeavour to post orders as quickly as possible.

All orders leave our Tyabb Farm Shop within 2 days of purchase.
As a guide, allow approximately 2-4 days for delivery to capital cities and slightly longer for country and remote areas.

Express post available by request.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchange on any item for incorrect purchase or change of mind. 
The colour of our fashion items and Cria jackets may vary slightly depending on the device they are viewed on. 
If we have sent the incorrect item, we will provide a refund or exchange.

We also accept credit card payments over the phone or bank transfer if you prefer.
We accept cash, Eftpos and credit (Visa and Mastercard) at our pop-up shops.
